Do you offer your services worldwide?

Yes, since we operate fully remotable, we provide ours services worldwide.

What is your pricing structure?

Prices are dependent on the service.

Services can be charged per hour, day or weekly based, depending on the project's complexity.

Prices will always include taxes.

Are you always available?

Availability depends on booking status. We try to be very flexible in order to facilitate future bookings.

What's the general process of a project?

Before doing any project our team will listen to your project and deliver a brief analysis of what can be improved.

After both parties agree on which services are needed, there will be a small briefing talking about the project and the overall vision.

The process will be iterable, which means that changes and revisions are part of the process until the desired goal is achieved.

After the final payment is done, the project will be fully delivered according to the formats needed in high-resolution / lossless.

In which format should I deliver my files?

Your file structure should be clear and concise. You should zip your folder and name it according to: ProjectName_Month-Day-Year_VersionNumber

Please avoid any type of sample rate conversation to your audio files. If you recorded at 48Khz 24 bits, you should deliver the files at 48Khz 24 bits.

Please avoid sending your audio files already processed. Sometimes it's not possible to revert a badly processed audio file.

How long does it takes to finish a project?

It's dependent on the project's complexity and how much occupied we are, but before each project starts deadlines will be discussed.

How do you communicate with clients?

Since we're a fully remote audio post-production studio, we mainly communicate with clients via email or webcalls.

How is payment processed?

Payment is done 50/50.

50% to book (before starting the project) and 50% after finishing the project.

After getting 100% of the payment, the high-resolution / lossless audio files will be delivered.

Payments are made using digital platforms or bank transfers.

How many revisions do you offer?

We aim to achieve the best possible sonic result and try to offer as many revisions as possible.

Although, as we hope you understand, we can not offer an infinite amount of revisions.

I have a indie low-budget project. Can you offer an adequate price?

Each project is different and we know that different projects have different budgets, but we're always trying to help you achieve a better project.

We'll discuss prices according to the budget, offering our best deal.

Do you provide recording services such as ADR?

Although ADR is part of post-production, at the moment we do not provide any remote recording.
