Enhancing Sound does not hold any type of personal data that envolves the use of the website. No personal information is saved by using cookies.
We respect the space of each individual, by providing a place to anonymously navigate.
Payment policy relies in two steps:
- 50% of the total budget to book (deposit)
- 50% of the total budget for the final project delivery
The deposit is non refundable. It's only refundable if the client's justification is valid.
In case the final payment is not completed, Enhancing Sound has the right to not deliver the final project until the final payment is completed.
The client cannot use the files provided by Enhancing Sound without completing the full payment.
Enhancing Sound will provide a maximium of two free revisions per project, having the option to charge more per revision.
In case, Enhancing Sound wants to provide additional revisions free of charge, it's in their right to do it.
Enhancing Sound will aim to finish every project according to the established deadlines dealed with the client.
Both parties, the client and the service provider will work to meet the established dates.
In case one of the parties cannot fullfil the established dates, new dates will be negotiated.
Enhancing Sound will not be responsible for:
- any damage or loss of files incurred by the client
- copyright issues on the client's project
